Can someone using Call Center confirm this for me . . . . As a Que Manager you can not log in/out an agent while on the Que tab. You have to go back to the extensions tab to perform this function? Our installation is only about 65 phones, but finding the agent on the extensions tab is cumbersome at best, especially since agents in the que might not directly relate to an extension group on the other tab. If this is indeed the way it works for others I have posted this to the FB Feature request. This seems like a no brainer to be voted up for CC users.
