Managing Call By Name

    Hi All,

    I've been searching through past posts looking for information about how to manage Call By Name. I know how to change the voice prompt to now say "Please enter user's LAST' name or press # to exit", but how do I manage what happens after someone presses the # key? Currently it simply disconnects the call. I'd rather have it go back to the Digital Receptionist.
