Each employee at our company does not log into the queues, but sometimes an employee who doesn't log in has to cover for an agent (who does log into the queues) that is out of the office. Also, each agent does not log into every queue our company has. When an agent is gone, another staff member (who is not already part of that queue) has to log in to the absent person's queues to take calls so that we have enough coverage when someone that normally takes calls for a queue is gone. We need the ability to allow a person to manually log into a queue for which they don't typically take calls. For example, I am covering for Stuart when he goes on vacation. When I come in, I log into my queues as usual, but I also need to log into Stuart's queues, which are different than the ones I normally log into. I need to manually log in to the additional queues without being added as a normal agent to those queues.
