Dear 3CX-Community, I'm supervise a 3CX installation in a small hospital. Often patients call us and need to talk to a doctor. So if he's online, our reception crew transfers the call, otherwise they put the calls on a list or write a mail to the doctor with the number to call back. Is there the possibility to put those people very easily on and off a list like the "lost-calls-from-queue"-Lists? So the doctor could just start the 3cx app and call them back after each other. Do you have a good idea?
