Masking outbound caller ID

    Afternoon all,

    Apologies if I am missing something obvious. Could someone please point me in the right direction to mask my outbound caller ID on all calls.

    If you are using straight sip trunks to the 3cx server you can use *5(area code)(number) and the system will send a 0 for outbound caller id.

    It may also depend on what provider you are using, and their policy and/or requirements for blocking/suppressing your number.
