I think this is more quick and robust solution than long time investigations of the authentification problems.

Maybe its related to the hardware you are using. Please post what VOIP provider or phones or VOIP gateway you are using... Also are you running a particular language version of Windows?

    My system details :

    OS : Windows 2003 Server R2 English
Gateway : Multitech Multivoip MVP210 (2 Analog Ports) and MVP410 (4 Analog ports)
    Phones : Linksys SPA922 , SPA962 , Linksys Pap2 ATA, 3CX Client Softphone

There is no firewall enabled and not installed any other third party firewall software on my system.
And there is no antivirus software installed on my system.

I change my system hardware(I change ,CPU,mainboard, ram, hdd, even OS) and try again , but my problem is not solved.

    Win2003 server R2 English : Problem
    Win2003 Server R2 Turkish : Problem
    WinXp Pro English : Problem
    WinXP Pro Turkish : Problem

When I use v3.xx , not any problem with Media Server ...

    Thank You,
    Hamdi Yigit

There are settings in the configuration to check or uncheck that PBX delivers Audio as well in the extension side as in the provider side. Please play around with these settings and see what changes.

I change PBX delivers audio , check , uncheck and test again but is problem not solved.

    I see , incoming call process already transcoding mode on the v.5.xxx ; only extension to extension calls by-pass mode ;
and when I stop 3cx phone system services on the server, all calls (extension to extension or extension to gateway or gateway to extension) terminated.

But on the v.3.xx , when I stop 3cx phone system services on the server never terminate any calls.
