Mediant 2000 with 3CX

    Hi,

    Please suggest is the Mediant 2000 will work with 3cx ..

    [CM010001] Line configuration does not allow identification of the source of this call. Check Advanced Options for Gateways and Providers and match a field to a correct value from the following: Contact IP: 192.168.0.80 From: '1902'; To: '3700'; Rline: '3700'; Contact: '1902'


    Please suggest....

    What is 3700 and what is 1902 in your phone configuration?

    Why 1902 is coming to 3CX? What rule is applied by your device to form this value?

    Please seek help to your gateway's reseller, it may be better than seek for help over here.

    If i understood well, thats a gateway. Go to your gateway configuration under "Manage gateways and Providers" click on that gateway and on the configurations go to the last tab and enable "User Ip in contacts to recognize source# and below input the gateway IP. It worked here for me, it might work for you too.
