Occasionally I get my voice very scatty I can't really understand anything.
It's an outgoing call via a SPA3102 with PSTN and I get server status message reporting an error for the MediaServerReporting... no idea what can cause this, any suggestions ?

    Thanks

Please ensure that the Gateway has in its configuraton under 'Other options' the option 'PBX delivers audio' disabled and under Gateway capabilities, it has 'Supports Re-Invite' and 'Supports 'Replaces' header ' are enabled.

Then under the phone properties under the section 'Other options', ensure also that the option 'PBX delivers audio' disabled and the options 'Supports Re-Invite' and 'Supports 'Replaces' header ' are enabled.

After doing this restart the 3CX services and see how this goes

No difference, still get this FAILED TO CREATE ENPOINT error
I don't think it depends on the PSTN gateway settings, but I don't know what does it mean and where to shoot...

Thanks if you can help in any way
