mediatrix 4404

    Does 3CX support this gateway? If so, is there any step-by-step guide i can follow? I can't get 3CX to work with this gateway. Any help will be appreciated.

    which manual are you talking about? the Mediatrix gateway manual?

    We dont support that gateway. See our support section for the list of gateways that we do support.

    Hi Nick,

    Just to confirmed that 3CX not support all Mediatrix gateways(FXO, BRI and PRI). Is it correct?

    I just signed up with a company to get those at reseller prices (plus other brands). The sales person there recommended those over some other ones. I won't be ordering that one to demo now.

    Glad someone asked about it.

    That's too bad they aren't supported. They are great gateways.

    Hello,
    I have the same problem, outgoing calls to ISDN line working, incoming calls log error "Authentication failed due to unidentified" and "Unidentified incoming call. Review INVITE and adjust source identification" .

    I need urgently Help, is my first installation of this product and Mediatrix 4404 works with Linksys products. INVITE is not in correct format...

    Try to set Source idetification for this gateway to
    Contact : host-port = Custom value 10.10.1.101:5061

    I have tried without port number during my tests...

    MEDIATRIX 4404 Works with direct MSN to internal numbers.

    Archie,

    Do you think the same fix would work with a Mediatrix 1204?

    I remember getting a very similiar error a while back but gave up trying to get it to work.

    I'm not sure. We've tried to work with 1204 a long-long time ago and were unsuccessful. I recall we had a problem with one-stage dialing, but I don't remember details. After that fault we abandoned attempts to work with it.
