We're a multinational company with 3 PBXs, located in our EMEA, US and Asia offices, these PBX's are bridged together. We have local customer support lines for each system that flow into a support queue on each PBX. We can forward calls between offices easily enough (e.g. calls made to US support before US office open can be forwarded to the UK Support queue). However, the issue is that at 5pm UK time, when UK office closes, I would like to internally transfer the calls waiting in the UK support queue to the US support queue (or more generally, when any queue is closed, forward to the next queue around the world). Could this be made possible (or if it's already possible, I'd love to know how).
