Missed Call Alert for Ring Group

    Hi Everyone,

    We have a 3cx 15 system with yealink SIP-T40G . Whenever there is call on a ring group , the users still receive the missed call alert even the called has been picked up . Is it because other phones in the group still regard it as missed calls ? Is there anyway to resolve this thank you.

    Hi apostolis_3CX,

    Thank you for the advise.

    It is ring all , all the phones in the group will ring together.

    If the call is answered after being redirected to "Destination if no answer" then the agents will get notified for a missed call as soon as the call leaves the ring group. This is the default behaviour.

    Hi Steven,

    Please be aware this was a known 'feature' up to version 15. I believe this behaviour was changed as of V15 SP1 to no longer notify all agents in a Ring All group of a missed call when the call is answered.
