Hello, let me shortly describe the situation. We're currently using the v.14 phone system. Server is configured to send email notification to each extension if there is a missed call on it. Since the call is comming true the ringing group to couple of extensions (ring all) and the call is missed, al extensions get the email about the missed call. Since the caller number is registered in the 3cx company phonebook, whe get the information of callers name in the email notification but not the name of the ringing group the call came from. In the phoneboox options of 3cx PS v14 the "add queue, group and did names to caller id" - "append name to caller id" is turned on. Is there problem in the trunk inbound parameters or somewere else?
