Solved Missed Call email - Ring Group

    I have a Ring Group (Ring all) for a specific DDI. If the call isn't answered all members getting an email with a missed call, but it doesn't show that this was a Ring Group call, it shows the call as a direct extension call.
    Since the 3CX Softphone shows the Ring Group in the missed calls log, the information is available.
    Any chance to bring this into the email template as well?

    Hello @ad42

    You should be getting the Ring Group name in the subject of the email. Are you not getting the same?

    oh well.. yes we do. Colleagues were only checking the body. Sorry for the thread & thanks for the fast response!
