Missed Calls Showing

    Hi Everyone,

    i am desperate for some assistance.. never seen it before on 3CX.
    i completed an installation at a client, they are using a 32-concurrent license with a PRI gateway. The make of phones are Yealink. When ever reception transfers a call to any other extension in the office, it shows a miss call from reception even if the call was answered? When the particular extension rings, it shows a call coming from reception for about 3 seconds and the it jumps to the home screen and shows 1 missed call-from reception who transferred the call and then the transferred call then comes through?? it is very strange!! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    what are your transfer settings?
    Here are mine:
    Semi-Attend Transfer - DISABLED
    Blind Transfer OnHook - DISABLED
    Attend Trans OnHook - ENABLED
    Dsskey Blind Tran - ENABLED
