Missed calls to a ring group always listed twice

    I have a ring group "80" which will ring 4 extensions on the same time.
    The ring group is assigned to a DID, so incoming calls are ringing on all extensions.
    This works as it should.

    But whenever a call is missed, on each client, the missed call is listed twice.
    There is no difference if the ring group "80" is called from outside via DID or is called directly form an internal extension via "80".

    Do you have multiple devices on the extensions or are you just using the 3CX client?

    This is different.
    I have an extension which is used as desktop phone with windows client for cti
    Another extension is just the desktop phone.
    Another is just the Android client.
    The missed call is listed twice on all extensions and also the webclient.
    Only the Desktop Phone Yealink T46s is listing only one entry, I think because of the same timestamp it is filtered internally.

    Please note that this is a known issue and we are currently looking into it but it is affecting only the clients. What IP phones do you have that display the issue?

    As I wrote, only clients having this problem. No IP-phones.
    I have really searched for this problem, but was not getting any result.
    Is there a separate list of known problems?

    We are having that problem with a ring group and an extension that uses both an IP phone and the Android client app.

    Is this issue fixed already or is it still “under development”?
