    Hi,

    Our customer gave the idea that it would be very good to have an option of auto mark Missed Queue Calls as Dealt With in case customer was successfully serviced by calling to the same queue again in certain period of time (this should be configurable).
    Now they often call back to customers that were already serviced because customers like to call after some time again.

    Please consider this for future updates.
