Is the iPhone app supposed to show a caller name when the notification appears for an incoming call, currently we only get the extension number?

The Windows desktop app shows both.

    Thanks

Following on, it may be because although the phone is connecting (on hook) and works within the LAN, the top left detail says 'Not Connected'. Disabling Wi-Fi and connecting externally over 3G works fine, it connects and shows as available. Not sure why this could be, it's a different subnet to the server but is still within the same LAN, there are no firewalls or routers involved.

The "Not Connected" is probably the Presence information. If you don't have port 5000 open to the server, then you will see this. It should not affect name display however.

The not connected was due to changing the IP after installing the server, so this is now fixed but still the mobile app doesn't show an extension name just the extension number, is this normal?

When the app is in the background only the extension number appears in the PUSH notification.
When the app is active then the caller name and extension number are shown in the display.

The Windows desktop app is always active that’s why is shows both.
