Hi everyone. Just a quick question (but I don't know if it will be a quick answer!). I am working on a new install of 3CX with a Patton SN4634 connected to a single ISDN2e line and when a call comes in, the first digit (always a zero in the UK) is missing from the calling number.

For example, a call coming in from 01234 567890 is shown on the phone as 1234 567890. I am using Snom 370 phones and caller ID works fine for calls received by VOIP (using sipgate). Here are the software/firmware versions I am using:

    3CX version 5.1.4287
    Patton Smartnode SN4634 version 4.2 2008-01-17
    Snom 370 version 7.1.30

Thanks in advance for any clues to help solve this!

    Kind regards
    Glenn

    Jack,

Assuming there is some similarity between the SN4634 and SN 4960 menus....

    Check under: Telephony / Call-Router / Configuration

At the bottom of the page are options for E.164 Number prefixes..
