    Hi,

I am looking to try to get a custom output to the cdr record .txt file gebnerated by 3CX

I would like to use the "CDRTemplate-PerCall.xml" file.

I would like to remove all the data outside of the <DetailsTemplate> section

What I get at the moment:

    Code:
    272
    00000BE099C1E00D_29
    00:00:14.4720000
    011114144959

What I would like to have:

    Code:
    CallDetail 0,272,-1,100,*9100,11/1/2014 2:49:59 PM,00:00:14.3860000,11/1/2014 2:49:59 PM,Completed,True,None,False

I am not aware of the ability to customize the CDR output from within the application. My take is that 3CX provides a standardized output that you can take and modify to your needs using an external application be it one written by you or a third party.

You might do a search for "Call Accounting Mate" on google. This is a third party call reporter that 3CX uses (or did at one time) to take the output and put into a more usable form. I am not certain that it will do exactly what you want, but it may be something that gets you part of the way or it may have an alternative that will fit your need.

    Good luck.
