Mon répondeur numérique ne répondeur un second appel...?

    Salut!
    J'ai comme un inconvénient avec mon 3CX, j'ai 5 passerrelle skype avec un Master.
    Une extension (100) qui distribut les appels vers un répondeur numérique spécifiques. Si 2 personnes appellent en meme temps, il (l'extensions ou l'IVR) répond un et l'autre reste et sonne et sonne, jusqu'à ce qu'il rachroche. Mais avant de rachorcher il alerte l'autre appel ( To add this caller to current call press five to accept press one, to send to the voice mail press two) si tu fais rien il racroche.
