Monitor and track calls in use

    Hi There,

    Wondering if it's possible to monitor and track the number of calls in use over periods of time?

    You can see active calls in "Receptionist" mode on any 3CX client, but if you want to monitor them and track how many calls were made/received over a period of time then you can use the in-built 3CX Log Reporting system.

    This is in progress as a report currently.

    If you need something right away perhaps speak to one of the development partners and see if they can acquire this information for you (at a cost of course).

    You do have a simultaneous call count on the dashboard itself but this won't give you anything more than how many calls are being used at present.
