Monitor Simultaneous Calls

    It is important for us to be able to monitor 3CX simultaneous calls and also how many active calls per SIP trunk are being used. This is important information for any proactive company that wishes to understand and monitor thier use of the 3CX system. Can anyone please tell me if there is a way to do this (I have tried SNMP and Windows Perf Monitor but cannot find any counters here that match with the above)?

    You can setup email alerts when the license counts reaches certain levels.

    Having 3CX snmp aware would be great!

    How? this feature is not available in V10

    the currnet way will only send emails if the license is exceeded
