monitor status offline?

    i am very new to this software. I just started using it yesterday and currently i am still going through all of it and figuring it out so I'm sorry if this is a silly question: on the main Line Status page, in the upper right hand corner it shows the status as offline. Earlier today everything had worked fine, but now 3CX Phone will not register on the server. I did not change anything that would cause this (i don't think). I have also tried simply restarting my computer but that didn't work either.

    ok 3cx phone system service is stopped. please provide me with support info at our email support@3cx.com . Go to support tab in the management console of your PBX and generate support info and the them to this email.
