Monthly call report per phone number

    Hi all,

    I searched and searched, and i cant find any relevant information to this.

    We need to have a report created each month, for the total talk time customer's have spend.
    Basically we have total talk time fee to customers, which we currently only have the daily report, which makes this very very time consuming. Which beets the purpose of saving time.

    If this is not ready, is it possible to create a custom option on reporting that will display total talk time per month (or even full year), per contact for a couple specific extensions? Or at least for those who have actually called? (we need to exclude the reception extension from this list, but keep the rest of the extensions)
