We are implementing Vlans on our network and in doing so 3CX server would get a different IP address that has now. Other than changing the IP address on the server's network interface what and where changes need to be made within the 3CX settings?
Really appreciate any input,

3CX does not have any settings that specifically call out VLAN segregation. The implication being that the system is using port level VLAN at the switch level.

You would have to reprovision all hard and softphones.
But I think 3cx server recognizes and LAN IP changes automatically.

On a side note, I would recommend that you keep your phones on the Voice VLAN but not have your 3CX server on it. VOIP hardware by its very nature tends to be very "chatty" on a network (which is why we segregate into VLAN's) and your server will suffer because of it.
The disadvantage of this approach is that provisioning is more manual because the phones cant broadcast to the server across subnets and so don't show up as unprovisioned devices waiting on an extension in 3CX.
