Move VAD to another server

    We are planning to move our 3CX install to another server, of course we also need to move the VAD software, projects and audio etc. can you outline how to do this? We are on the latest release of VAD with an up to date licence..

    Hi Millsey,

    When you backup your PBX, the VAD projects you have will be also included in the backup. So when you restore it later in a different server you should have everything ready.

    In regards to the VAD app itself, you just need to install it in the new machine and activate your license. You shouldn't have any problem with this.
