Multible Forwarding-Rules on a extension

    Hello everybody!

    Is there a possibility to make multible forwarding rules on a extension?

    For example:
    Call on a specific extension
    After 5 seconds the call will be forwarded to a ring-group
    After further 10 seconds, the call will be forwarded on the extension-mailbox.

    As i know, you don't have the possibility to do this in the usual extension-administration...but maybe there is another possibility? Voice Application Designer?

    In the scenario you described.....most definitely. You can forward from an extension to a ring group and then from a ring group to another destination (to include the vmail box of another extension).

    These are all rules that are based upon the action (or lack thereof) of each leg of the call that you have stated in the forwarding rules for each extension or, in the case of a ring group, where the call will go should no one answer.

    However... a ring group, if not answered, can only forward the call to a specific voicemaibox/destination, not necessarily the mailbox from the extension that originally received the call..
