    Hi,

    3CX is the better option to buy currently but it would increases the sales if you consider to convert a 3CX call center in a 3CX Contact Center.

    If the platform would can to put a chat and email for the agents, that the agent would can to answer a call, a chat or a email and this will was qualified and reported.

    The client would can to interact with the agents since website in the chat or since your email it would be so great.

    The others brands like Avaya have this options and really will was a very good option.

    In another words, call center implies only audio calls while 3CX can also provide other forms of communication to clients.:D

    Yes, but 3CX only have currently calls and multichannel is a better tendency of industry of telecomunications.

    I think, if 3CX developed this feature would was so great for us and don´t have any comparision with another brands
