I have a single account with my SIP Provider Anveo. I have 2 DIDs with them on this trunk. One is our main office number and the other will be a direct line to a dedicated phone. I have added the DID to the trunk and assigned it to the extension in question. If I call that DID directly I get forwarded to the main IVR just like the main number? Would the DID assignment not take presedence over the Trunk settings?
