Multiple DID on same trunk V15

    I have a single account with my SIP Provider Anveo.

    I have 2 DIDs with them on this trunk. One is our main office number and the other will be a direct line to a dedicated phone.

    I have added the DID to the trunk and assigned it to the extension in question.

    If I call that DID directly I get forwarded to the main IVR just like the main number?

    Would the DID assignment not take presedence over the Trunk settings?

    Have you confirmed that the correct header (3CX is aware of the DID number), is being sent by your provider, for that number, and, that all DID settings (for both numbers) in 3CX are correct.

    If you have told the trunk, as a group, to send calls to one destination, then, I believe that will take precedence. You may need to treat all calls as DID's (no trunk group routing).
