We have the 3CX system directing an external call to one extension currently. However that employee sometimes isn't at her desk. My client is asking if it's possible to have several extensions ring at the same time when an external call comes through? To give another member of staff the chance to answer the call. Been looking through the options and I'm not sure if this is a possibility. It's a simple system, one external line only for now and there are only 20 - 30 or so calls that come in through an entire working day. Thanks.
