Multiple Holiday IVR

    We have a call center that has several incoming DID's (separate customers) that are required to be answered with their own distinct greeting. With inbound rules we can do this. However on holidays, we have to manually update recordings for the IVR's and even remove and re-add hours of operation for those days.

    Would it be possible to apply different HOL IVR's for each DID so that holidays can be scheduled and not a manual process each time?

    You might be needing the multi-tenant version of 3CX to handle that.
