Multiple incoming calls

    The phone is a SPA504 with a sidecar. Whenever the receptionist receives multiple calls (has one on the phone and receives another), she is unable to transfer the call. It puts the user on hold and says transferred failed. Is there a way to fix this, change the soft keys when the call is received or a different phone I can use that will fix this??? THanks!! -CHris
