    To be able to enable 2 or 3 polling strategies in the same queue, thus avoiding a cascade between two service queues, because if the cascade is made, the first queue will be affected by abandoned calls.
    Example:
    By enabling multiple strategies, it will allow to select the first strategy and the time that will be obeyed, after that time will execute the second strategy in due time configured for the second strategy. When you beat the time of one strategy it goes back to the other strategy and its due time until it reaches the total waiting time in the queue.
    The remaining queue settings remain the same.

    I agree. I was just about to post this when I found your idea

    We would like to be able to poll different numbers of handsets with each step of a hunt group. Currently we have to use multiple queues which have a lag between each queue when the call is transitioning so if we could add groups to the hunt group then we could do it all from within one queue. If that's not possible then maybe an option to vary the size of the group of extensions polled within the hunt instead of just "hunt in threes"
