Music on Hold for external calls

    Hi,
    I have problems with the Music on Hold only on external calls !!! Internal calls works fine !!
    I already changed the options on troncal options. Disabling reinvite and replaces, activating Audio from PBX
    What is wrong ???

    I have the same issue with a client. We believe it's the client's Watchguard but need more evidence.
