Music on Hold in Call Queue

    Currently the Music on Hold within the call queue will only play whilst the caller is sat waiting for the call to be answered by an agent, once the agent has taken the call and then places the call on hold it will play them the global default PBX music on hold.

    So rather than this being music on hold, it is in fact "music whilst waiting", which make the reference to it by 3cx as music on hold quite misleading.

    We have many different departments and sales queues all with a requirement to play their own bespoke music on hold or custom messages to the caller whilst the agent is dealing with the call and places them on hold.

    Is it possible to make it so the music on hold that is specified in the call queue settings is also played once an agent has taken the call and places them on hold rather than it defaulting to the systems default global music on hold?
