Music on Hold issue

    Afternoon all, and thank you for anyone that is able to assist.

    We have set up 3CX, and have 2 Yealink T48G phones, with current firmware on them. If I call in to the PBX from an outside number, and put the call on hold, only silence is heard.

    If I call from one of the Yealink phones to the extension of the other phone, and put that call on hold, we hear our custom music.

    From the music on hold page in 3CX management console, I can make the system ring an extension and play the music just fine.

    I believe the file is mono, 8Kb, as it's playing properly almost everywhere but where we must have it working (external calls).

    Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction here please?

    Hi there,

    Please try the following and let us know if this works:

    Navigate to your trunk>> options >>Advanced and disable Supports Re-invite and Support Replaces.
    Make sure PBX delivers audio is enabled.

    Save the changes by clicking ok and try again

    I have tested the settings as you detail above, and the music on hold is now working perfectly :)

    Hello,

    I have the same problem, but the solution you mention to me does not work for me.
    Only external calls can´t hear the MOH.

    My 3cx Version is PBX 15.5.1694.0
