callers get music on hold when they dial an extension through 3cx pbx and are transfered to it, however after picking up the call on the aastra 57i phone, no music on hold plays , the error is below, can anyone help with this
the main error when (hold) is pushed is: 22:06:45.222 MediaServerReporting::RTPSender [MS004000] Call(10) Ext.303: (ACTIVE): Can't send RTP stream to 0.0.0.0:3000 destination unreachable
I'm guessing that something in the phone itself is not sending the correct ip address, obviously by the 0.0.0.0
