Music on hold stops after few seconds

    Hello!

    The music on hold stops after a few seconds. When the caller has made his choice in the Digital receptionist menu, the music starts then stops after a few seconds and then the caller is waiting with no sound on the background. I use v15 service pack 1 and the sound dit work before.

    Can anyone help me with this problem?

    Does it always stop in exactly the same place (time)? Have you tried another audio file?

    Yes at the same time when i try another audio file it stops after exactly the same time.

    Is there anything in the 3CX log (you might have to use the verbose setting), when this happens?

    When did this start, when you initially went to 15, or after the application of "something"?
