Music Onhold Drops when Queue transfers to External

    Hi Just wondering if any has a solution to my problem.

    An External call Comes in and spends 60 seconds in a queue (this is all fine) but when noone picks up and the call is transfered to an external number the onhold audio cuts out and there is silence until 10 seconds later the external person answers there phone then the audio works.

    Yes , we know about this, and we will provide a fix for this.
    It only happens when the call is forwarded to an Outside Number. We will let you know about this later on.
