MWI stopped working after upgrading to 15.5.15502.6

    The message light is not blinking when message are present in voicemail. This issue started after we upgraded to version 15.5.15502.6. We tested with multiple phones but same issue observed. We are having grandstream 1625 phones.

    When we tried to configured email alert for voicemail, it was also not working. Please advice how to resolve both the issues.

    Also do other emails from the system work correctly? What SMTP server are you using? If you dial the voicemail of the extension is the voicemail present and can be heard?

    Email notification works for system alerts. Only vociemail alerts are not working

    What SMTP server are you using? If you dial the voicemail of the extension is the voicemail present and can be heard?

    Yes when we dial into voicemail, there is voicemail is present. Even when did test call by recording new vociemail the lamp does not come up.

    Can you install a 3CX client on the same extension and tell me if you see the notification there?

    We tested with 3cx client and vociemail is not showing up there either. We recorded three test messages but 3cx softphone is showing none.

    Just want to inform you that MWI is not working all phones....looks like issue with 3cx

    In that case then i would recommend creating a ticket with our support department so they can look into the issue and determine what is causing it.
