    Hello all,

I keep getting my own public IP address blacklisted in 3cx.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

I have searched and can't find an answer.

    Thanks in advance.

There should be a 3CX log indicating what happened and when. Of course you'll have to do some searching for it. You can also have an email sent when this happens.

If your public IP doesn't change, or doesn't change often, you could whitelist it. I had found, in the past that certain internal IPs were being blacklisted so I whitelisted my entire subnet rather than try to figure out what was going on (as it wasn't affecting anything else and happened only on occasion).

    Hi godskitchen

Also you did you by any chance install a 3CXPhone client on the same machine as the PBX, configured it and then deleted the extension and it kept trying to register ?

    Best Regards
