I just installed 3cx on window server 2003 and I am accessing it remotely and I can get connect like I can call other extensions and hear voice but not any recorded voices. When I go to dial 999 it does the ringing like your calling someone and then it stays connected forever like its waiting for something but it doesn't do anything so I don't know whats wrong so if anybody can help me heres my log file.

I think it's a NAT port issue. I see things I had also. Just forward all the necessary ports to your 3CX
5060-5080, 9000-9015, 3478, 5481-5483. Internally it uses 7000-7499 for making calls within the same IP range.
Look also in the firewall rules. When you cannot sort it out, just try stopping firewall on 3CX, or put 3CX in a DMZ and see what happens. You can always reverse those actions later when it is not satisfying.

Where is the phone situated where you call from? On the same computer or network as 3CX? Or externally

It is on Dmz thats what I don't get

I am calling from a remote location I am at home and the server is at work but I have remote access to it

what is on DMZ, the 3CX phonesystem?
Maybe the problem is at your home. Take a look in your router at home if all the necessary ports like 5060 are open to your phone. What modem do you use at home?

Or more likely, it could be a codec problem. Take a look in your phone what codecs you use on that extension, and take a look what codecs you use in 3CX

no the server is on dmz on another network but I am the network administator of it and I am trying to hear any voice remotely at home
