My Voip Provider not working 3cx v7

    I have a problem with 3cx v7 latest version
    The 3cx server works fine and I can call who I want using A gateway (Linksys SPA) so the are no problems there.
    However when I want to use A voip provider like voipcheap, voipbuster etc I can register (no errors there)

    but if I try to cal somebody the log says this.

    No call is being made.

    My setup
    3cx server run on A Windows Vista Busines system
    Firewall is a juniper ssg5
    The voip provider accounts are good and tested with X-Lite behind the same firewall and internet connection the 3cx server has full access (no firewall blocking)
    Windows Vista UAC is disabled.

    Can somebody help me
