    When a chat is received, it is received in duplicate. The sending end only sends once, and only sees one in his chat window. Is this a known issue, and if so, is there a known resolution? Or, have I got something misconfigured?

    BTW, the chat in v9 turned out to be extremely valuable to end customers. When upgraded to v10, they knew how valuable it was. While they still have chat, they sorely miss the floating chat window, and the fact that it would pop up independently.

    I know MyPhone is a work in progress, and I've asked them to be patient. But I'm concerned that the v9 functionality might not be possible and I'll have to eat my hat ;-).
