There is a caller that was connected to an IVR number.

In the management console there is no caller connected. But in Myphone (with admin rights) it displays a caller that is already connected for 2 hours now. While actually he isn't connected anymore, I cannot see his number on the trunk connected. We even called the number to check if his phone was still ringing (it is).

How can I remove the caller that is stuck on the IVR ?

I only can restart the phone system tonight (because it is currently in use) I was going to try that.

But I wanted to know if there is another possibility to do this without restarting the phone system.

nope that is the only option. So after hours do it, also be sure you are up to date with SP1.1

    Thanks,
    Nate
