There is a caller that was connected to an IVR number. In the management console there is no caller connected. But in Myphone (with admin rights) it displays a caller that is already connected for 2 hours now. While actually he isn't connected anymore, I cannot see his number on the trunk connected. We even called the number to check if his phone was still ringing (it is). How can I remove the caller that is stuck on the IVR ?
