MyPhone Functionality Issue

    I am having issues getting the MyPhone to work as intended.

    It will connect properly using the Ext/Pin, but it wont display the extension and call status. It shows every Ext as gray, and available, including a phone that is not even plugged in. The Ext I am using is a member of the management group, so it has full permissions. And I have also tested it locally on the server itself, so I doubt it is a firewall or networking issue.

    I am at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    This is not a functionality Issue - I assume you are using the Free Edition of 3CX?
