I have 3CX full license v. 11.0.28976.849 SP4. and up-to-date MyPhone client. I have 2 questions. Since 3CX sends me an email (with caller ID information) to notify me of calls, why isn't caller ID information displayed in MYPHONE? where is the caller ID information stored? When I am using MYPHONE to listen to recorded messages, and I double click on a new message, I often hear a replay of the message I just listened to, while the telephone number of the message that I wish to hear is highlighted. That is, the message being played is not the message that is highlighted. I think this is a bug, and it can lead to business problems for me. I would appreciate suggestions about how to proceed.
