Last weekend we upgraded our 3CX v9 from SP4 to SP5, so far so good.

However, today we found out that the MyPhone User Portal does not work properly anymore in Internet Explorer 8. When our users go to the MyPhone page in IE8 they get a blank page, when trying to refresh the following popup message appears:

The MyPhone Portal does still work when using another browser (like Firefox or Google Chrome), but it seems to be bugged somehow for IE users. It did work before we upgraded to SP5 and we also tried to clear the browser cookies/cache and restart the IIS Service of our 3CX Server.

It might be an 'IIS + IE only' issue, are there any solutions to get the MyPhone to work or do we have to wait for the bugfix?

Edit: The Management Console does still work in IE, so the problem is only when using MyPhone.

    Hi,

Can i suggest you try and delete IE8's Cache?
That would most probably fix your problem.

Press F5. It should (supposedly) solve the problem...

It seems to be working again as of today. Did try to delete cache and press F5 but both did not solve the problem yesterday.

Today all seems to be fine.

Thanks for your replies, we will keep an eye on it.
