Hi, Version 10 SP6 - MyPhone OOB is really slow to update on some machines only, not all. In-Browser on the same machines seems to be fine. By really slow, I mean current calls not showing, ended calls still showing, etc. The affected machines are Win7 x64, IE9, not in any way underpowered or overworked. I've completely removed and reinstalled the MyPhone App and silverlight several times. Each time, the MyPhone works for a few hours and then gets flaky again. Once it's gone flaky, it sometimes won't re-connect when restarted - and restarted can include a restart of the computer. Questions: 1. Has anyone else noticed this issue, and have a reason and/or a fix? 2. Are there any significant changes to the OOB Myphone with v11? 3. Are there any known caveats to users (non admin rights) updating MyPhone when a 3CX Phone System version upgrade is applied? Thanks - Les.
