Myphone queue log in/out

    We ran across an issue today where we could not log in/out two of the three people in a queue. Admin extension had all proper rights to do this in the extension group. Right clicking on the last member gave the usual 'log in, log out' option. Right clicking on the other two brought up nothing.

    We took drastic steps such as removing and remaking the extension group, still no luck. We tried another PC with a different install of myphone.

    As soon as we hit the "3cxphone sidebar BLF key" to log in one of the users, it was fixed for that one extension. We immediately could log the user out and back in as much as we wanted using the admin's Myphone. For the other extension, we logged it in and back out using the feature dial string using their phone, and sure enough it now allowed the admin myphone user to log them in and out repeatedly.

    The only other piece of info that might be related is that the extensions that we couldn't log in/out using the admin's myphone hadn't been logged into the queue for several days. I can't see why that would be an intended setting, since employees have vacations etc all the time.
